• Before Nov 30, 2012: $100
• Nov 30 - Dec 21, 2012: $350
• Dec 22, 2012 - Jan 18, 2013: 50% of total balance
• Jan 19 - Feb 1, 2013: 75% of total balance
• Feb 2 - 17, 2013: 100% of total balance
